We recommend using 3m wall strips or hooks. For our larger and heavier items ensure you spread them out evenly for maximum security. We do not recommend hanging above cots in the event they do fall.

Currently our turn around time is 7-10 business days, but we do usually get your items out quicker. We will always update our turn around time on the top banner of the home page.

Busy periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas and Easter will usually result in longer turn around times due to the volume of orders. But this will be updated.

We do our very best to package your orders to ensure they arrive to you safe and sound. In the event they do get damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the packaging and the product and we will ensure we fix this right away. If breakages occur after they have arrived, we cannot be responsible for these.

Standard Post - Depending on the time of year, standard post is usually 5-7 business days.

Express Post - Depending on the time of year, express post is usually 2-4 business days.
